Mora's Gift and Miraak Loot Improvement

Description
A small mod I made after seeing how awful Miraak's loot and how cool his sword's enchantment were.

Included in this mod:
-UPDATED-
1) Miraak (Mask) now increases magicka by 70, reduces shout cooldowns by 20% and reduces all spell costs by 50%.
2) Miraak's Gloves now grant 20% cost reduction to Conjuration and Destruction magic schools.
3) Miraak's Robe now also increases health and stamina by 62.
4) Miraak's Sword now also leeches magicka and reduces movement speed of its victims, in addition to its original effect.
5) Miraak's Robes is now Light Armor and the full set benefits from armor improvement perks Custom Fit and Matching Set. Every item in the set is also now upgradable and cost 1 Ebony Ingot and 1 Daedra Heart.
6) Miraak's Boots makes the wearer muffled and able to walk on water.

Bonus:
1)Miraak's Sword is now disenchantable and the enchantment is called Mora's Gift. When applied on melee weapons, the tentacle animation carries over.

UPDATE: I've tested the animation with multiple enchants applied by the enchanting perk and it does work.

2)Miraak's Staff now has more charge.

I've tested the mod and it works fine in my game and does not require a new save. If you have problems, please inform me on the comment section. The mod requires Dragonborn DLC and Skyrim 1.9 Patch. Enchants might feel underpowered, but I didn't want to become a god wearing the set and the sword. I might change them if needed.

IMPORTANT: If enchantments do not work, reequip your items. That should fix it.

v1.0
-Released

v1.1
-Miraak now only drops Light Armor, Heavy Armor or Clothing versions of his mask, depending on which mod is installed.

v1.2
-Fixed an issue with some parts of the set being allowed to be sold to clothing merchants and the rest to armor merchants. Now they can only be sold to armor merchants.
-Increased the value of the armor set and the weapons to better reflect their value.

v1.3
-The enchantments are upgraded.

v1.4
-The enchantments have changed upon request.

The armor cap is 567, improving beyond that cap is just non beneficial.

This is a rather great mod, and a much needed improvement over the quite lackluster gear you obtain from the "most powerful dragonborn who ever lived". I'm sorry to bother, though, but I might have found a problem. I'm not completely certain, but the slow effect of Miraak's sword seems to be permanent on my character, and when Miraak uses it to strike me, I seem to get permanently slowed by it. I've tried killing him twice, because the first time he hit me so much with the sword that my character was slowed down to a near crawl. No matter how long I wait or what magic effect dispel spells I cast, the effect isn't removed. Like I said, I don't know if this issue is from the mod, but it seems to be so due to the tests I've made. This only seems to happen after I fight Miraak, and the slowing seems to vary on how much he hits me, so I suspect it to be from the slow effect of the sword.

You know that the max armor rating you can have in Skyrim is 500 and something?

is there a way to improve Moras gift so it equals Miraaks real power? such as abosrbing magica everytime he shouts?
