Description

My most favorite sword, made for Ravenfield.

The German Kriegsmesser, or German War Knife, is a sword used by experienced warriors during the 14th to 16th century. Now I'm not a history guy, so the history stuff ends here.

It was created as a civilian weapon, basically the knife guild wanted to steal customers from the sword guild so they created the messers as "knifes" that are the same as swords. The reason why they wanted the steal sales is because at that time, most places in germany, there was a legal obligation for adult men to own a weapon and because swords do break often(a sword will last 1000 years or 3 battles, which ever comes first), swordsmiths could become very wealthy.
