The mod itself is dependant upon CK2+, assuming that its internal name is still the same, so it won't be overwritten by the cleanstate.
The mod itself only contain 2 files:
The culture one which ONLY add bonus to existing ck2+ culture (doesn't contain any cultural info, so if CK2 kept the same culture it had before it'll still works).
The static file tho might be out of date. It'll overwrite whatever CK2+ had, with luck they didn't change much since... 3 years ago.
