Flagellant Unlimited Abilities and Shared Suffering

This mod removes the per-battle use limits on the Flagellant's abilities. Now you can use Redeem and Exsanguinate as many times as you want. It also allows the Flagellant to be in a party with other Flagellants. Now you can have however many Flagellants in a party as you want!
