Unlimited Use Abilities (Flagellant)

Description

This mod removes the per-battle use limits on the Flagellant's abilities. Now you can use Redeem and Exsanguinate as many times as you want.

Flagellant:
Redeem can be used unlimited times per battle (changed from 2)
Exsanguinate can be used unlimited times per battle (changed from 3)
