Touch Spells

Description
Adds touch spells to Skyrim similar to the touch spells of previous Elder Scrolls games, namely Oblivion.

Spells are balanced with the existing Skyrim spells. They do more damage than similar ranged spells and cost slightly less to cast, but have extremely limited (melee) range.

These spells come in 3 varieties, and within each group there's a spell for each of the 3 Destruction elements. There are Apprentice-level "Touch" spells which are single-shot type spells, charge the spell then release to deal damage. The Expert level "Palm" spells are the same type of charge-and-release spells but obviously do higher damage and cost more. There are also Adept-level "Grasp" spells which do continuous damage while the button is held.

This is the normal version of the mod, which adds the spells to the game world via levelled lists. This means you will be able to buy them from any normal vender who sells spells of the appropriate level (may need to wait 2 days for the shop to restock before they appear) and they will show up on occassion as loot.

While this is the preferred method because it makes the spells feel like a natural part of the game world, it will cause problems with other mods which edit the same levelled lists in an attempt to add spells in the same way. Such conflicts will cause one of the mods to not add spells correctly (whichever is loaded first in your mod load order). Such a conflict can be fixed with a utility program called Wrye Bash which can combine levelled list changes if multiple mods editting the same list are being used, however not all users will want to use such a utility.

For this reason I've also created a compatability version, which can be found at the link below. Use that version if you wish to use these spells without altering the levelled lists.

I would suggest reworking this mod to be like an inhanced unarmed melee mechanic. So like attacks made while unarmed use mana as well as stamina to produce an effect if the attack lands?

it would be awesome if you could get a sneak bonus with these spells. that way you could play as a mage-assassin.

DUDE BADASS this wil be vary helpfull for hand to hand combat and is it possible for u to make casteable blades like frost blades and fire blades shock bladse or fros shock or flamein shock shock fire or icy shock fire and so on if not ill ask my freind kkkk

This seems cool. I used touch spells very little in the past but I could imagine using them or trying to use similar skills in a Monk skill set. The highest levels of the Monk perks for hand to hand could have mastery punch or touch skills and kicks!
