Touch Spells - Compatability

Description
Adds touch spells to Skyrim similar to the touch spells of previous Elder Scrolls games, namely Oblivion.

Spells are balanced with the existing Skyrim spells. They do more damage than similar ranged spells and cost slightly less to cast, but have extremely limited (melee) range.

These spells come in 3 varieties, and within each group there's a spell for each of the 3 Destruction elements. There are Apprentice-level "Touch" spells which are single-shot type spells, charge the spell then release to deal damage. The Expert level "Palm" spells are the same type of charge-and-release spells but obviously do higher damage and cost more. There are also Adept-level "Grasp" spells which do continuous damage while the button is held.

This is the compatability version of the mod, which will be useful for players who want to use the mod without altering the levelled lists in case they have other mods which do the same.

For this version of the mod, the spells are simply added to a lockbox inside of Faralda's room in the College of Winterhold (Hall of Countenance, first room on the right as you enter). They are free to take from the lockbox, but will not respawn, so don't lose them or sell them.

If you don't use other mods which alter levelled lists I suggest using the main version instead, because it adds the spells in a more organic way that makes them seem like they belong in the game world and aren't just thrown in some container. The normal version can be found at the link below.

Feel like updating the animations a bit? In 3rd person it looks a bit... Boring. >.>

Sealing Storm: 4 second cast time (Dual Casting Animation, able to move while charging); on cast causes direct shock damage and half Magicka damage. Two to three lightning bolts leap to other enemies nearby causing half the original damage. The original Victim is soul-trapped for 10 seconds.
Punishing Cyclone: 5 second cast time (Dual Casting Animation, able to move while charging); caster focuses cold air in their hands and causes it to rotate in random directions at an extreme speed, mixing pure magicka energy into the miniature blizzard. Does massive amounts of frost damage to health and half that to stamina, along with causing an Unrelenting Force effect on contact; knocking away any enemies directly in front of the caster.

Oh! Or a Master Variant for each that has an additional effect!
Consuming Inferno: 3 second cast time (Dual Casting Animation, able to move while charging); the Fire condenses into a mass of pure heat energy that causes a fiery explosion on contact. Targets on fire take extra damage and the caster absorbs half the HP damage done.

I'd like to see a variant that causes an elemental explosion when you touch someone, or a version for Vampiric Grip. :)

Ok, tested. Yes, it can be dual casted, both the "grasp" and "strike" varieties. Also, impact IS triggered for the "strike" touch spells, although, as expected, the "grasp" types do not.

I second masterpyromancer's question. Primarily concerned with whether impact is triggered, as putting myself in a situation where a giant's club could send me orbital needs to have some mitigating potential.

On second thought... Judging by the timestamp of master's question, I will just test it and return with any relevant findings in a follow-up post.

In any event, I love that you took the time to revive a much-missed mechanism from Oblivion.

Can these touch spells be dual casted?
