Update to Skullywag's BetterVents mod. Includes new textures for locked vents.

Adds vents that sit inside walls.

i do wanna know if this will be getting an update to 1.6 during the unstable patch or after?

I've decompiled the DLL and spotted in BetterCV.BetterCVUtil the function isOverWall logs the name of the place worker for every placeWorker for every tick. I couldn't find the code on Github or similar to make a PR. I noticed because someone made a ticket on my mod complaining about loads of logs but it turns out it's just this mod logging it lol
