Description
Why this mod
This mod is a modified version of MrHoon's Improved Black Arks, https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1161822487&searchtext=black+ark.
Since his mod doesn't work as he intended and lacked some more changes to actually make Black Ark worth the 100+ turns and 100k+ gold investment.
He buffed unit stats in Black Ark, and this actually doesn't affect auto resolve (the only option you have with a black ark).

What does this mod change
  •   No sea attrition for Black Ark
  •   30% additional movement range for Black Ark
  •   Increased replenishment by 15% for Black Ark
  •   Almost every unit from Dark Elves roster is now recruitable from Black Ark
  •   Reduced upkeep of Black Ark Corsairs by 50% in the Black Ark
  •   Reduced upkeep of most other units by 40% and elite units by 25% in the Black Ark
  •   Upkeep reduced by 3/6/9/12 % at Black Ark levels 2/3/4/5.
  •   Unit recruitment rank increased by 1/3/5 at Black Ark levels 3/4/5

Working progressive auto-solve bonuses
I have not changed the abilities themselves, i simply added more auto-resolve bonuses to Black Ark abilites and indirectly better auto-resolve to the Black Ark itself. This is to prevent a random lvl 5 lord with a few low tier units being able to take out your tier 5 Black Ark at sea when it doesn't have any units, which was extremely un-immersive and un-balanced. A fully upgraded Black Ark with fully stacked elite units, should be unmatched in naval warfare and should require minimum one doom stack to take it down.
I have;
  •   increased auto-resolve bonus from Black Ark abilities.
  •   Bolt of Spite (tier 5 Black Ark ability) gotten a huge auto-resolve bonus.
  •   Upgrading your abilities by upgrading the related Black Ark buildings, increases auto-resolve bonus accordingly.

Additionaly info
Save-game compatible and compatible with every other mod except for improved Black Ark mod.

I still use it for the no attrition part. vanilla black ark suffering from high sea attrition makes no sense

@siej you can do this with any lord. open their skills, and either on the skills or details tab, in the bottom right corner their is a boot icon, so you can replace the current lord with another.

can i recruit my sorceress lord that i have as an admiral for black ark?can i replace my current admiral with a sorcerer lord with current mod ?

I see. Don't know if its completely unneccessary though, cos knowing the AI, they wont ever hold on to a level 5 black ark. Their arks always get stomped minus Lokhir i guess. The main reason I got this mod is because I main high elves and i wanted dark elves to be tougher to defeat. would there be any affect on keeping this mod active still? Say, if i wanted the DE to have a super buff?

well i like no sea attrition part. It is what black ark should have.
