Props to Judas for spritework + renames. Show my curse custom version now shows your current curses and blessings! Config file included in mod to change the scale of the blessings/curses if you desire.

Black chests! They spawn occasionally like a normal chest would, however upon opening you have a chance to either be blessed, gain some black hearts, or be cursed!

Will your luck hold out?

Curses/Blessings are negative/positive effects that last for the floor.

Chance to gain a blessing on challenge clear.


Full curse list:


Infelix- No room drops.

Myopia - The room not surrounding Isaac is darkened to the point of obscurity.

Eternity - Enemies drop a bomb on death.

Crepitus - Bombs on explosion will spawn another bomb, endlessly looping.

Revenge- When damaged, enemies will retaliate with a shot.

Underhand - Enemies take one extra hit to be defeated.

The Elite - All enemies are champion, they rarely drop items.

Blight - No good pills will spawn.

The Haunted - Enemies will spawn with immaterial clones of themselves. Clones can still shoot and spawn normally.

Ventus - Isaac is randomly blown around.

Dementia - All pickups have random sprites.

Curro - Bomb spawns in the doorway of each room.

Sebastian - Free cancer trinket effect.

Faith - Free flight.

The Prosperous - Special rocks spawn much more often.

Midas - Free gold bomb + gold key.

Fortuna - Causes rare coins/keys/bombs/hearts to spawn way more often.

Freedom - Doors are left open when entering battle rooms.

Everest - Infinite range.

Judas - Some enemies spawn permanently charmed.

The Arae - All curses, including floor curses, are negated.

The Bull - Gain damage as time progresses in the room.

Chione - Enemies spawn frozen in each room.

Charisma - Shops are majorly discounted.
