Division Limit II [1.5]

Description
After 9 days and 8 hours in a row of development i hope its worth the wait (♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hoi and its broken code)

This mod launches a event when 200 divisions are reached, the event gives the nation a modifier wich brokens the training of divisions preventing the deploy of more troops. The event should go away when there are less than 199 divisions. unlike the first mod this should be compatible with 99% of the mods, it also gives the soviet union a buff increasing its limit to 272 (because in the original it ended killed by 1941 without possibility). I will leave the original mod in the workshop for people who like it more.

thats a really good idea, it would need a lot of events to work but i maybe try adding that when i finally resolve some problems and man the guns is launched

why not base it on state population or manpower? i.e. 1 division for each 1M of max population.

Looks like the ai's are building a lot of divisions at the same time (like 1million), this results in example the soviets having 600 divisions anyway, if someone knows any posible way of capping the amout of divisions at the same time in training please contact.
