SAVTec S.L.U.T.S Atmospheric Transport

As their name suggests, S.L.U.T.S are SAVTec Light Utility Transport Shuttles for use in planetary atmospheres.

My S.L.U.T.S are cheap (to build)... the cheapest you'll find anywhere... and they're ready & willing to do almost anything for you (like moving modest amounts of cargo or shuttling a single pilot)

S.L.U.T.S are perfect for first-timers and old-timers alike. You can do whatever you like with them & they wont complain or drain all your resources... and if you break one you can just go get another.

When you paste my S.L.U.T.S you'll see they're already sat on something. Don't get jealous now - it's just a landing pad. Or more specifically, the S.L.U.T.T.Y landing pad or SAVTec Light Utility Transport Terminal Yard.
S.L.U.T.T.Y is what S.L.U.T.S use to err... "connect" to your... "stuff"
They connect in 2 ways simultaneously and can give it as well as take it (cargo, O2, power) via their ventral connector / merge block combo.

The reason my S.L.U.T.S are on their S.L.U.T.T.Y is so you can start using them right away, or begin building your own collection of S.L.U.T.S by using a projector (not included)

As you might expect, S.L.U.T.T.Y is cheap (to build) and comes with built-in "plumbing" which can be "connected" to your own in a number of convenient ways.

S.L.U.T.T.Y is just right for S.L.U.T.S but the design can easily be upgraded to suit larger "pieces" such as S.L.A.G.S (see below). Alternatively it can be modified to accomodate small ships of your own design.

In order for S.L.U.T.S to get properly on their S.L.U.T.T.Y, you need a large one with a small head (rotor that is - to attach small blocks to large ones)... but that's ok - all the hardware you need is right there at your fingertips. All you have to do is use it effectively.
Note: If you abuse your hardware by letting S.L.U.T.S land on it too hard or fast or allowing them to rotate on it, it may break and you'll have to weld it.

If you want to be able to have S.L.U.T.S on your own ships, we suggest taking out an advert or visiting the local nightclub but using S.L.U.T.T.Y as a template is much easier, since everything is already positioned correctly for S.L.U.T.S to sit on.

• 1x Large Reactor to keep your S.L.U.T.S going for hours
  
• 2x Medium Cargo Container to make them useful (might as well, right!)
  
• 1x Air Vent (set to "Depressurise = On" so you can breath while inside your S.L.U.T.S)
  
• 1x Oxygen Tank (for a secret undisclosed purpose that I'll reveal soon)
  
• 1x Beacon in case they get lost & you need to find them
  
• 1x Antenna (Recoomend turning it off so you don't have to put up with them communicating with you!)
  
• 1x Remote Control for telling them what to do from a distance
  
• 1x Gattling turret because there are no hand-bag blocks & you wouldn't want them to be totally defenceless!

Yes, this is possible!
When your "operation" becomes too large and S.L.U.T.T.Y has outlived its novelty & usefulness to you, you can simply add a F.A.T module to it (First Atmospheric Terminal), which is better suited to S.L.A.G.S (SAVTec Light Atmospheric Grinding Ship), as well as other larger ships.
F.A.T will be unfurling onto the workshop soon, with S.L.A.G.S waddling a short distance behind it.

Those of you already subscribed to S.L.U.T.S will notice that their S.L.U.T.T.Y has altered slightly. The new design is part of my up-coming modular planetary station set and will be compatible with many other modules & small ships. I hope you'll like the changes. Please feel free to drop me a comment & let me know. If you have ideas for more modules I'd love to hear them!
