Custom Battle Faction Unlocker

Description
This mod unlocks all GC factions for custom battles.

How to fix that faction box out of the screen issue:
Change the battle mode, and switch back to the one you want to. It should fix it then.

Battle mode, like:
Land, coastal, naval, etc

@lnorman4pres You have to activate it in the mod manager and it does work in custom battles. It does not work in campaign.
