Attack & Defense Overhaul - SCX patch

A compatibility patch of my ADO mod and SCX.

The SCX author split that mod into pieces, which make compatibility patchs not working at all conditions. This patch introduced both SCX ship classes into ADO mechanism, so don't active Space Combat Expanded - Dreadnought Class and Space Combat Expanded - Carrier Class with this mod, already included.

This patch still incompatible with Space Combat Expanded - Mass Effect Classes, which changed 00_ship_size.txt.
