Here's a classic rotating radar scope subassembly you can drop into the bridge of your favorite ships.

It requires some sort of rotating distance sensor on the roof of your vessel:

• Connect the Distance sensor's output to the green DIS input
  
• The red ROT input is for the current rotation of your distance sensor, you can use the velocity pivot's rotation if it's facing forwards in the starting position.

See image 3 for a wiring example. If your vessel is not angle stabilised you should stabilise the 'radar dish' element so it remains level to the horizon.

Use the key button to toggle the display on and off. The range setting allows you to toggle between 250m and 50m scope range.

If the rotating part of the display is flopping down and jittery, add some weight to the main grid (example in the second image). The strength of the pivot joints seems to be dependant on the weight of the grid
