NEW UPDATE: 02/09/25 - Sincere apologies for not updating this in such a long time (I even pulled all of my mods due to not being able to take the time to fix them). Thankfully, saw somebodies suggestion on how to fix the permanently dirty cars glitch, and it turned out not too difficult to get working. Theoretically, the mod may have some issues with the track surfaces (the glitch was due to me editing the surfacelist for my mods, which apparently broke at some point), although a quick check of every variation didn't seem to present any noticeable issues. Hopefully this (and my other mods) now work without problems, and considering Wreckfest 2 is out soon, I assume they won't break again in the future (I hope?!).

Stockton 99 Speedway in Stockton is not only the fastest 1/4 mile banked paved NASCAR track, it's the oldest NASCAR track west of the Mississippi. So come check it out in this mod for Wreckfest!

Features 6 track variants, including Demo Derby, 1/4 Mile Paved Oval, Figure 8, Figure 8 Drift Trial, Figure 8 with Ramps, and the Loop of DEATH!

Demolition Derby

Oh, the lovely demolition derby. Such a quaint pastime. Except, around these parts, we add big half pipes, and a big 'ole ramp in the middle. Now, get crashing!

Current Issues:
Nothing other than a bit of an odd camera placement I'm too lazy to change.

1/4 Mile Paved Oval

Nothing's more fun than blasting past your fellow drivers on this 1/4 mile banked paved oval! Years of history have confirmed that this is one hell of a fun race track!

Current Issues:
None as far as I can tell?

Figure 8

Bomb through the infield of Stockton 99 in this awesome Figure 8 variant! Time your crossing carefully lest you eat a door full of t-bone, and I don't mean the steak!

Current Issues:
None as far as I can tell?

Figure 8 Drift Trial

*Bumping music plays*
I wonder if you know how they live in Tokyo....Wait, this isn't the Fast and Furious! We might not be in Tokyo, but slide it fast around these turns for maximum kudos! Just uh, don't hang it too wide in the middle, or you might head-on the car coming at ya.

Current Issues:
None as far as I can tell?

Figure 8 With Ramps

Let your inner Duke boy shine when you go high flyin' past your fellow races in the air. If you get hit in the air, you may just find yourself over the County line...

Current Issues:
It may be possible to get stuck in one of the ramps if you reset yourself on one. In most cases, you will get hit off, or can drive yourself off, but I'm sure there's some test case I haven't come across.
This should(?) be fixed. I changed it before making the track live, but forgot to remove this note. If there are still issues, let me know.

Latest update tweaks this more. Now busses and other longer vehicles shouldn't get stuck either. However, there appears to be a different glitch at the current moment. It's possible somehow to restart the race and have the restart lineup be single file instead of double file. This can cause vehicles to be stuck in the ramps, and really kinda breaks the track. Looking to see if there's a fix. In my testing, completely exiting the track and re-entering the race seemed to fix it.

The Loop of DEATH!

Oh boy. They say it just couldn't be done. The madmen have done it! The end of the world is nigh! Watch out for the LOOP...OF...DEAAATTTHHHH! If you aren't brave enough for the loop, hit the ramp and fly through the Burnin' Ring Of Fire, cuz why not have a little fun with it?

Current Issues:
This one is definitely fickle. The AI cars WILL get stuck on the loop eventually. I've tried to tweak their racing line and the loop geometry so they'll get through it as cleanly as possible, but sometimes, stuff just happens. As a way around it, I made an alternate route that is a little slower, and you have to jump through a ring of fire, but if the loop gets clogged, at least you can still proceed without having to reset yourself at the ramp for some invincibility frames. Also, it's probably possible to get stuck on the loop if you reset yourself at the right/wrong time. Haven't seen it happen in awhile, but it did occur at least once for me previously.

ALSO, as pointed out in the comments below, it may not be possible to finish the loop if you are on realistic damage. Currently, the loop is small enough that your vehicle will bottom out when going through it, which causes enough havoc to your car that it will most likely get wrecked. Not sure if I can alleviate this issue, but I may try tweaking it to see if I can get it to be less destructive.

Thanks goes to The Very End and Purple44 on the Bugbear Community forums for various bits and pieces and inspiration used in this track (including the fire and trailers). Also, a HUGE thanks goes to freew67 on Youtube. His track creation tutorials really kicked my butt into figuring this stuff out, and those videos helped me out a ton.

Hi there All,

Sincere apologies for not updating all of my mods in such a long time. Life stuff got in the way, and when I did have some free time, I just didn't want to go back to this stuff as a quick read made it seem like it was going to be a pain to fix. Finally in a bit of a better head space, and with Wreckfest 2 coming out soon, figured these PROBABLY won't break again, so I looked into it, and it turned out to be a relatively easy fix. I went ahead and updated all of my track mods. At least for Wild West Motorsports Park and the Loop of Death version of Stockton 99, the devs added some tracks that essentially did the same thing (and in WWMP's case, literally the same track, haha), so you weren't missing much with my stuff being gone, but now Ukiah and Petaluma are back and playable too, which is nice for folks that like the small ovals.

Went and re-checked textures. Think i managed to fix every missing one on these tracks (it's a PAIN to do so manually, so it may take me a bit to get to my other tracks). As noted in the description, you will need to download all of my tracks for all of the textures to be present (this is due to the way I set the pathing in the mod tool, as it automatically copied the path from the first track I worked on fixing the textures for (Petaluma), so most of the paths in the other tracks point to the Petaluma folder).

Updated the track, so it hopefully will now work with the latest update. Should no longer have issues loading, and shouldn't break vanilla tracks. I've only checked to see if it works with my mods, so no promises that it won't break when other mods are installed. Some missing textures still, but not sure if/when I'll get to those.

If it is just one texture file... shouldn't be that hard to fix.

I'm awfully sad that this may be the end of the Stockton99 Speedway project. This was my favorite mod until I found out that every single one of your tracks don't work anymore :(
R.I.P this track, definitely was one of the best!
