Expandable Fermenting and Processing [B18]

Description
Exposes fermenting behaviour to xml for modders. The fermenting barrel is changed to use the new tags, and is commented to make adapting your own buildings easier.

This version is for beta 0.18. You can find the main branch here

Ignore the version tag, it was uploaded from B19 but was last tested and ran in B18, and was built for that version.
