Description
Adds Skuldafn from the Elder Scrolls series to the game as a Wonder. Only tested with GK + BNW enabled, and thus only that version of Civilization V is supported. I do not claim ownership of anything belonging to the Elder Scrolls series.

Balance suggestions are welcome, of course. And bug reports! Also, any ideas for effects of any future wonders are welcome (see link under 'Planned Wonders'). This wonder allows you to add up to three Dragons to your army. Dominate early on with the free Dragon you get, and boost your Faith by a fair amount as well.

IMPORTANT: If you had version 1 and updated it to version 2, disable and re-enable this mod before loading your saved game or all your units will die!

Notes
Dragons function as ranged mounted units, but are highly mobile as they are not affected by terrain in any way (can cross Mountains and oceans as well). They are more effective against melee and mounted units, but less effective against ranged units. Dragons will remain relevant throughout the game, as they increase in strength as eras pass. In the beginning, Dragons are stronger than most units available in that era, but from the modern era onwards, they start to become somewhat inferior. Because of aircrafts and other mobile units, their mobility advantage also diminishes over time. However, their costs remain unchanged, making them rather cheap alternatives in later eras (although the limit of 3 still applies).

Troubleshooting
If you subscribed, but it doesn't show up:
1. Turn off the game.
2. Delete the Civ5ModsDatabase.db from Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\cache.
3. Launch the game and go to the mod section again.
After waiting for a brief period, all missing downloads should initiate and install!

If that didn't work, try this:
1. Go to Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS
2. If there is a .civ5mod file in that folder, open that with 7zip, Winrar or similar software
3. Unzip/unpack the contents in Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS

Strange thing happen recently while using this Mod. I built Skuldafn & got a the first dragon. Then right about the time I was ready to buy another, a military City State gave me a dragon. Then when I was going to buy the Third, I see a message that only 3 are allowed. The same City State gave a dragon to another Civ. I should not complain, because once I had a City State give me a dragon and I did not build Skuldafn. Thanks.

I was wrong, the Dragons do get stronger on the attacks as the game goes on. The limit 2 dragons per game total to eliminate the OP. Also I noticed the dragons like to commit what I call the "meta suicide". If your dragon has the embark ability, and you want to go across a single water hex, but you could also fly around on land, the Dragon will always jump in the water when you click the destination hex. Then a range unit or ship will pick it off. Other unit sometimes do this as well. So sometimes you need to make multiple clicks to prevent the unintended water entry.

FUN, FUN, FUN!!! :steamhappy:
Although I have not seen the Dragons get stronger at the game progresses.
But that is a good thing, This way the Dragons are not too OP in the mid to late game..
One shot from a Frigate can take down a Dragon, so fly carefully.

really cool but overpowered for early civs

Hey just a quick update for the embarking dragons they only do that after researching optics and entering your own border or another civ with the open borders agreement. Not sure if happens after declaring war. Also if your dragon is on a water tile and goes into a border your fine as long as you don't cross onto land.

It gives you an actual animated beautiful dragon! I was not expecting that. Five stars.

Strange, thought I fixed that! If I have time, I'll try to fix it, thanks

so I've noticed that dragons starts embarking instead of just flying over water tukes after you research optics, I would guess this is a bug.

Their strength increases through a promotion, so their actual strength is only shown when targeting enemies. It's a combat modifier, e.g.+150% combat strength. Can't give you exact numbers right now, but in the future era, they're somewhat weaker than bazookas, but still have more mobility and range, and they're quite cheap at that point.
