Sydney Trains K set (2 cars)

Deprecated. Delisted. Check out JenperTC's improved model :)

This is a special version of the K set requested by a commenter. North of Sydney in the city of Newcastle they used to run two car versions of the K set, for lines where you really didn't need to be moving 400-800 people at a time.

This item only contains a non-line coloured 2 set. Let me know if you wanted a line coloured one!

This set consists of one engine and one passenger car. As has been noted elsewhere, I did not make a 100% faithful recreation of the K set - which features the pantrograph on the first trailer rather than the engine itself. It's basically a blend of the older S set and the K set. If I revisit the older trains and publish an S set, I will revisit all versions of my K set and fix it up.

My son was very happy to see this, but did ask I point out it should have the drivers cab at both ends, the in game render only has K99 at one end the other looks like the connector to add an extra carriage.

the Hunter Line special! excellent. though it's more often a four car these days due to population growth. :/

Have you come up to Newcastle and seen our hideous new train to lightrail interchange? it currently lacks any parking or a spot for the buses to the suburbs to stop... but they are getting there.
