Description


Deco Plus is a mod aimed at vastly expanding Staxel's decorative power, by adding various brand new features
Currently Staxel's largest mod with over 300 new additions, Deco Plus is ever-expanding mod which is made out multiples "core" parts. To know how it works, just read along!

NEW: Lunar New Year - Adds new decorative objects like Lanters, lucky charms, along with working firecrackers and fireworks launcher! On top of that, you might recieve a little gift from a new character...



The Color Station is a brand new crafting station which can be bought in stores and online (using Honey.Comb Catalog) that has 3 main purposes:

Crafting Dye:
You can craft various dyes by combining petals! The combinaisons are directly shown on the station itself, so you don't need any recipe to start out, just 2 petals!

Dying Stuff:
Once your dye is ready, you can dye stuff! Unfortunatly, only some stuff can be dyed, and thoses aren't the vanilla items. You can now craft dyable tools and tiles at your regular station to be dyed here! Check your local building store to get the recipes, or simply search for "dyeable" in the catalog. tools needs 1 dye per tool and blocks needs 1 dye per 10 tiles.You can down single items on the table and stacks under the dye shower. Keep that in mind while dying tiles!

Cleaning Stuff:
Dyed an item with the wrong dye? don't worry! Put a water jar along your tool or 10 tiles et voilà! On top of that, you get the water jar back; so it doesn't cost you anything to clean up!



Facades are a brand new thing in the world of staxel: It's a modular tile which can have different texture on each side! Here's how it works:

Get some Facades Pillar:
You can buy them in bulk at the general store right next to the entrance or unit per unit via the catalog.

Get the Facades themselves:
Thoses are a the main focus of the mod. With exactly 170 Facades models added as of initial release (and more if you have some of my other mods like Environemental Friend or Futuristic Tiles), thoses are usually really cheap to either buy or craft in big quantities.

Put the facades:
While it can be quite difficult to put them at first, be sure to think before you put them! Once placed, the only way to remove them is to detroy the pillar! on top of that you won't get the Facade back! This is mostly due to the fact that you won't end up removing your walls with a unfortunate right click. Hence, it explains the docks being so cheap.

HalloweenAdds 8 objects to put a spooky vibe in your builds: Including floating candles, Haunted TV, haunted Organ and some spooky Bust of some of your beloved villagers!

Love this mod a lottt, but I think there should be a way to toggle the haunted organ on and off, its playing non stop and the music is annoying but I love the look of the organ so I don't want to get rid of it.

how do you craft the dye? maybe i am just too dumb but i can't figure it out.

The facades are a nightmare to use. I love the idea, but they are SO hard to place the pieces right. And if I do one wrong on the third side... start all over. c_c

Could you please add all those blocks as normal blocks too so we can use the look without using the facades? I'd honestly suggest putting facades in a separate mod so people could use your stuff without them. They are cumbersome. :/

But if you could add the same looks in normal blocks, I'd be so grateful!

To remove facade pillar you just need to aim to the top or bottom of said pillar -where there's no facade slot- because otherwise the game thinks you're trying to put a shovel in the face slot. There's nothing I can do about that since it's due to the game's way of handlid item slots.
Like said in the description, the only way to remove facades is to detroy the pillar, and you won't get the Facade back either.
Sorry for you troubles, I hope you will be able to fix it asap!
