ZM 'Hindwing' Peripheral Engine Pod

Produced by Zethina Manufacturing - a subsidiary of the Muthos Engineering Consortium - the 'Hindwing' Peripheral Engine Pod is designed to be attached on the sides of an existing vessel (using either one or both of the mounting struts) to provide additional maneuverability and engine power.

The 'Hindwing' uses a variant of the MEC's HEX-EL heavy capital ship drive, and also contains maneuvering thrusters, integrity field generators, comms antennae, and some small power generators. Some parts of the armored internal compartment are framework placeholders that can be replaced - for an additional charge - with any component of the customer's choice.
