Description
My mod adds MASSIVE chaos corruption to the chaos/beastmen/norscan ruins
it has some impact on gameplay

It is an addon for the "Gates of Chaos" mod by Drunk_Flamingo

For me chaos invasion felt underwhelming since wh1 and especially in wh2 - it lacks proper challenge. At the same time, if you play as Warriors of Chaos or Beastmen then AI recolonises too easily and campaign quickly becomes tedious or even impossible to truly advance - because AI just colonises every chaos ruin you've made.

This mod changes that situation. With it chaos, norscan and beastmen spread a lot of corruption - 33 corruption in region and 7 in nearby regions. Having a portal to the Chaos Realms near borders of player or AI now presents proper challenge in form of such corruption.

By the way this mod still works, I play with it.

Also using Gates of Chaos mod which is main one and mine is merely an addon for. My mod provides much more corruption in area with chaos ruins and adjacent areas. That gives most fun when also using mod that spawns chaos armies when corruption is high:

Worked for sure before the last upgrade, used both mods. Should work now as well.

Btw a reminder just in case: for the most or even all of the mods functionality you need the required items, which are two mods: Gates of Chaos (Updated) and Mod Configuration Tool: Reborn

and the ruins still provide that massive corruption, no update is needed as far as I know, I'm using this mod myself

hello everyone

this mod only provides MASSIVE corruption to the chaos ruins made by chaos, beastmen and norscans

the army-spawning is done entirely by Gates of Chaos mod by Drunk_Flamingo
