Debug Tools - Definitive Edition

Description
Debug Tools is a mod made for mod authors and testers. It contains a debug menu and collection of skills that you can use to debug mods in a live environment.

Changelog[github.com]
Check the changelog for details on updates.

Current Features
  • Add character points (attribute, ability, civil, talent) to a character or party, level up a character/party, generate gold.
  • Regenerate or destroy trader treasure.
  • Destroy items in containers, characters, or items on the ground.
  • Use the most powerful of forks to slay everything.
  • Teleport yourself, party, or target as far as DOS2 allows.
  • Change your character creation tags.
  • Add/Remove Talents.
  • *Experimental* Change a character's race.
  • Add all waypoints (can use this to teleport to other levels).

Notes:
  • Item destroyer destroys all items on the target, whether they be a container or a character, or an item on the ground. This requires a Backpack of Destruction.
  • Be aware that to destroy generated treasure, you need to trigger it first - so open up that chest or talk to the trader to get the items to spawn before you try to destroy them.

Usage
  • Activate Debug Tools, the mods you want to test, and start a new campaign, or load an existing save.
  • Upon entering the game, a special fork will be added to your inventory. Equip this to unlock the debug skills at once.
  • Alternatively, you can open the DebugTools Menu (using the skill granted to you when in-game) to add/remove DT skills.
  • You also gain a special backpack that destroys every item that enters it. Don't put items in here you want to keep!

Important
  • Don't save over your actual saves when debugging - create a new save, just in case something goes wrong. You'll want to play the real game without Debug Tools anyhow.

Thanks for your work. I notice that only your mod can let my characters teleport between maps. Could you please tell me how you make it? I am trying adjust my mod to get the same effect as yours but I failed:NekoSad:

I you install the norbyte's script extender which you will need for mods anyways. Achievements won't be disabled I think.

Hey so, I'm a bit on edge about mods, but if I were to make a character I wanted human, into a human. Then remove the mod, after a save, will I be able to have my achievements?

hey, i am playing with a buddy and we have 2 companions with us. except for my main character (sebille), all others have had their source collars removed(friend got his removed from fort joy, the rest from leya in seeker camp). However my source collar morphed into worn out necklace. it has the same properties as a source collar but t cant be destroyed. i tried using the destroy items option from your mod and it killed my entire inventory except for this cursed necklace. can you help?

Hello

I tried this tool to change my race from Undead to Elf, but it seems something is wrong, the "Undead Veiled" state remains and when I remove the helmet it triggers all the npc.

Do you have any solution?

Thanks

Hello! thanks for the mod, its great! i changed my race. Do you know how to handle the issue with the characxter portrait focused on the chest?

Mod works great for race changing, @Kuukunen's method worked for me to fix portrait (Undead human > Dwarf) Thank you so much both of you i'm playing with friends and was really bummed that i was stuck as undead. FYI when I loaded the fully modded save file my portrait fixed when I mirrored, but also my face and hair were bright hot pink, like as saturated as the game would have allowed. Which is great, I can change them off if i want but you know what.... just might keep it hehe
