Stand-alone Release of Cannibal Tweaks

This mod is obsolete in 1.3 and beyond as this has been added to vanilla. It's still relevant and useful for 1.2 and earlier, though.

Cannibal Tweaks
- Cannibals no longer mind if prisoners have their organs harvested or are killed for food.
- Other colonists still mind, though: this is not a removal of this feature like in other mods.

This is obsolete with 1.3 - as it has been added to the vanilla game.
Therefore, 1.2 was the final update and the final version of the game where this mod was needed.
