RoR gain XP, no limit cap. Updated for Vampire Coast. (NOT UPDATED)

Regiments of Renown now gain XP.
All regiments recruited at level 1. (They can be leveled until rank 9 once recruited.)
No limit cap for regiments of renown but 10 turns wait time between recruitment of same unit.

Had to lift limit cap since they don't level otherwise...

INTERESTING FOR MODDERS
(In main_units_tables) Column: Campaign_cap = -1 does the trick to gain xp. Otherwise they're recruited with level 9.
Any other mod bringing changes to this table could make this one inactive. Known case: mods changing unit caps.
