hello can maybe one of you tell me how i can get the new shelter as homebase allways when i start the game i get a radom home base from the vanilla game and dlc but not the mod shelter

Anybody know if there's a more updated version of this mod by someone else? it looks really cool but it's just broken, everything requires a broken AR lol, that shit's expensive and kinda hard to find.
