@Maple - there's not mod settings because it's a simple xml mod, as others said you can edit the xml file to adjust settings
While Peace is good for Business, War is also good for Business. The crafty Businessman learns to profit both in times of Peace as well as War. As Major General Smedley Butler once wrote, "War is a Racket". I mean, just look at the invasions of the "banana republics" by the US in the early 20th century. Look at Irak, Afghanistan. Even Ukraine.
