Anyone know the item IDs for the scarves? I'd like to spawn one, rather than kill a guard for it.

I'm not the mod author, but I have modded guard outfits before, and sometimes it takes a bit of work to get it to stick. Try this...

Do a 30 day wait/sleep. On the console, this would have meant sleeping or waiting for 24 hrs, 30 times, but on PC you can use console to make it go more quickly. Save first, always.

Use ~ to open console, and type

set timescale to 200000

~ to close console, and count the flashes of sunlight. When you hit 31 or more, open console and type

set timescale to 20

and close console, to return it to default time. That made 31 days pass in-game. Then fast travel to another location, and see what they're wearing.
