No Doctrine Bonus Overwrite

Description
For those who are not aware some of the newly added Pagan Religious Doctrines give certain troop/demense bonuses that overwrite eachother.

For example picking Unrelenting (or Tengri or Aztec special doctrine which include it) and Animistic will only apply troop bonuses (+10% Attack and +5% morale respectively) of the second one that is picked, so you are only getting one of the bonuses. Any of those will also remove any inherent troop bonuses your religion provides. This is in no way telegraphed in game and makes no sense, so I can only assume it is a bug.

Also with Holy Fury some of the pagans (commonly reffered as offensive), that is Norse, Tengri and Aztec retain most of their bonuses, last offensive pagan Zun does for some reason not. Defensive pagans lose their bonuses completely and have to take Unyielding to get them back. Also picking any of the two above mentioned doctrines will overwrite demesne bonus gained from Unyielding.

This mod aims to somewhat normalise that and hopefully makes it so that player can't unknowingly shoot himself in the knee.

Changes:
-All of the bonuses, both retained and gained from all of the doctrines, now stack.
-Zunists now once again retain their demesne and troop bonuses upon refomation.
-Defensive pagans retain about a quarter of their defensive bonuses even if they don't pick Unyielding doctrine (unless the pick Warmongering, in which case they lose them completely).
-Added a few tooltips to better illustrate what happens to troops/demesne bonuses when picking certain doctrines.

Is this mod still needed?

Been a year since this mod released.. has this been 'fixed' in any of the official patches?

Does this work with the 6-doctrines mod?

@CHIMachieved Use just the Three Doctrines mod and the patch for that mod only and see if it works. I would test this but don't have access to my computer

I'm using the Three Doctrines mod, this, and the compatibility patch, but whenever I have the ability to reform the religion, the reformation button demands that all slots be filled even though they are. I don't have this issue with either mod separately, but only when used in tandem and with the compatibility patch. So, I gotta ask, what's going wrong?

So, I made the requested compatibility mod, or more or less a version of this mod, but for the "Nine Doctrines with Reformation" mod.
It did allow me to select 9 doctrines no problem.

Just extract the two files from the zip in the mods folder and disable this mod.

A compatibility for the 9 Doctrine Mod would be much appreciated!

Downloaded the 3 doctrine compatibility version and it works fine.
Tried editing that for the 9 doctrine mod using the @RiteousHeathen instructions below.
Everything loads up fine but when I try to reform religion it won't allow the reformation and the tooltip says all doctrines must be selected as reason for not being able to reform. Made sure that I had selected everything and that none of the doctrines had conflicts with anything else selected.
Any idea what I may have done wrong or how to fix this?

Also any ideas for adding in the Unrestricted Special Religion Doctrines mod while I'm mucking about with this instead of out conquering the world?
