RnFs Skill Spells v1.3a Normal

This mods adds all vanilla class skills as spells that can be found and used by any class. You just have to find them.

Each spell has 6 levels with a skill rank attached to that level of spell. I followed the same spell level structure from vanilla spells. Normal skill level requirements do not apply to the spells. See the following below for level details.

I = Rank 1 Skill (level 1 required)
II = Rank 5 Skill (level 16 required)
III = Rank 7 Skill (level 31 required)
IV = Rank 10 Skill (level 46 required)
V = Rank 13 Skill (level 60 required)
VI = Rank 15 Skill (level 76 required)

Normal Drop Rate Version
-Uses Vanilla drop rates for the new spells

Other Spell Behaviors
-All classes can use all spells
-All skill tier bonuses are applied to the spells automatically with the appropriate leveled spell
-Pets can use spells, but not all of them work on your pets. Skills that require weapons will not work on your pet.
-Scroll drops display in a CYAN color, should be pretty obvious when they drop. (vanilla spells are still white)
-Level 1 spells will drop at any level (good for those 1 hit wonders)
-Vanilla skill icons were used for the spells
-Vanilla spells were not touched in any way
