converison of the crawler npcbase as a cv

notes:
- all hardened steel
- overall like the base quite small and cramped space
- has growing, medical, armory, playerroom, bar/eating area, front cockpit area, some captains/map room, engineering, hangar
- 6 turrets, 4 sentry
- 18 growpots
- 1 cockpit, 5 passenger seats
- parking(pictures): 2x top sv, 2x bottom hvs; bit limited, upper deck only has small blocks, so you have radiation from warp through floor, had no other place to put it. @lower elevator model parking thing - you might think of maybe removing that completly and just create a flat spot to dock on the bottomside of the ship, since in the current state it is a bit to low for most midsize hv's (~2 big blocks room, most bigger hv's are slightly higher)
- sensores/levers: motionsensores just for shutters/ramps linked, levers to turn off/on motionsensores for hangar doors so you can dock below in the elevatorthing
- @o2: the engineering and hanagar room or linked,through back generator behind the constructor, so o2 breaches there will breach both rooms
- 1 t2 rcs and 1 normal rcs, so you can replace if you want more/less maneuverability
- has only medium engines, so bad fuel efficiency(mostly choose them for looks here), but esp for the back ones, you might consider replacing some for small ones to get better fuel eff or turning some off with a main menue signal
