liquidhealing Fix

Description
Ever accidentally typed "liquidhealing" instead of "healingliquid" when doing commands?

Now a part of your world can't be accessed because of this invalid liquid?

This mod makes it a valid liquid with identical properties to healing water, so you can mine them or whatever

What am i doing with life

Liquid ID is 22, so if you're using other mods with liquid id 22.. you can either tell me to change it or stop using that mod temporarily.

Disclaimer: Back up your worlds before trying. Also, this mod isn't meant for permanent use, but rather one time use to remove that invalid liquid (or whatever generates it) ingame, and then unsubscribing.

I believe it's possible (and relatively simple), but I can't test it anytime soon (especially on multiplayer) due to exams. I also don't know how it'd work with other mods (if there's any other mod that interact with water).
I haven't touched starbound modding since releasing this mod (this mod is the only one i ever make, for a friend that accidentally crashed their world).

Can you make it so that water can't be converted to any other type of water? Im tired of my friend poisoning my pool or ruining the normalness of it by making it into healing water.
