CAN YOU MAKE IT SOLID HEALING FIX

I believe it's possible (and relatively simple), but I can't test it anytime soon (especially on multiplayer) due to exams. I also don't know how it'd work with other mods (if there's any other mod that interact with water).
I haven't touched starbound modding since releasing this mod (this mod is the only one i ever make, for a friend that accidentally crashed their world).

Can you make it so that water can't be converted to any other type of water? Im tired of my friend poisoning my pool or ruining the normalness of it by making it into healing water.
