Just tested and can confirm that the map works, you are possibly running an out of date version. Try VNTE-Districtv6

Make sure you delete old versions of VNTE-District and VNTE-Districtv5

-Pulled up spawn protection for attackers on B&C
-Pulled up spawn protection for attackers on D&E
-Added a 3rd spawn for B&C for attackers (right flank spawn)
-Added a 3rd spawn for D&E for attackers (center spawn)

I have the map set so only VC can attack, in a future update I will make it so either side can do whatever

Is it possible to have this map working in a campaign? Currently it's in my rotation but the only problem is that when the VC attack, it forces the South to attack instead

Not a single bridge pillar actually has collision. Players can just phase through and shoot as if they werent there at all.
You can also fall under the map from the edges of the bridges.
