Early CommSat

Description
Small communications satellite. It requires few techs (225 points) and very little investment (6180 funds).
Delta-V (vac): 5421m/s
Capable of reching Mun and Minmus orbits, easing an ulterior landing in the far side, or landing a proble with a smaller antenna.
It carries a thermometer, barometer & battery to send home the data, but you can strip them off to lower the cost to 4k (and get a little extra delta-v).
