Description
Updated to version 2.6.* (Federations)

Terraform uninhabitable planets. Based on Quin's Uninhabitable Terraforming

Features that are different:
* all techs researchable / no project
* increased tech cost
* fixed errors (in log)
* reworked tooltips
* go directly from genesis to gaia
* terraforming has now a potential so that it only appears when you researched the corresponding tech
* repair broken or shattered planets
* Russian translation by Dimonius

а как терраформировать планеты? Я вкачал уже 3 технологии, но всё никак не могу терраформировать ни одну из планет

Could you please add the ability to terraform asteroid belts and ice belts?

Make it follow extra steps like asteroid belt to barren to genesis and ice belt to frozen world to artic world?

Also make them dwarf planets of course maybe size 6?
