Description
When 2.2 came out, some buildings went missing, most notably Power Plant and Mining Network (the very backbone of how resources were created on Planets). While it is fine that we can construct Generator and Mining districts instead, devs have not removed Hydroponic Farms. So, to make odds even - I've put them back. Also, brought back Resource Replicator from the dead as late-game mineral production can be tricky.

Also, I have fixed the issue with Event Buildings appearing on Thrall Worlds.

Mod Features
This mod adds Power Plant, Mining Network and Resource Replicator buildings.

Power Plant
- jobs: 2 Technician (Drone) Jobs
- upkeep: 2 Energy Credits
- build time: 360 days
- build cost: 300 Minerals
Note: Can be built on Thrall Worlds.

Mining Network
- jobs: 2 Miner (Drone) Jobs
- upkeep: 2 Energy Credits
- build time: 360 days
- build cost: 300 Minerals
Note: Can be built on Thrall Worlds.

Resource Replicator
- produces: 40 Minerals
- upkeep: 50 Energy Credits
- build time: 720 days
- build cost: 500 Minerals
Requires "Matter Generation" technology.

Found an error, a quite fatal one on Resource Replicator: you had an extra }. This caused two 'new' buildings to appear, ai_weight and } to appear in the build list.
