I didn't create a mod which increases the player's size because you wouldn't be able to aim correctly.

lol! Yeah. I will try it. It's just that there are so many mods to try (and my own experimentation) that it takes time to get around to trying all the stuff that looks interesting. Moreover, I much rather play this in coöp, which I only do on weekends.

Their size isn't visual only, you can hit their hole body. BTW you could just try it out, that should answer all your questions.

So, does this mean that their size is a visual change only, and some attacks may clip / wiff through them? That is, does their collision increase proportional to their size? Do they even get larger physical attack range?

Yet I didn't notice any enemies stuck in a wall; I saw some huge enemies (e.g. double-sized MountainTroll/ArmoredOgre) walking through a low ceiling, there wasn't any problem with them, they just walked along their path without their head ;)
