Agent Nerf - New and Improved - 50% version

Description
Warhammer 3 version

Effects :

All players characters gain 50% agent action defence chance. That's better that my previous mods cause the AI will still be able to use their agents against other AIs.

Here's the original version that reduce AI success chance directly.

Compatibility :

Works with any faction, will work after update, and at any difficulty.

Compatible with everything. Can be added / removed mid game.

got this after cult of pleasure agents kept wounding my twice as higher level saurus and skink heroes, creatures which are supposed to have predatory senses to detect this stuff, it wouldn't have bothered me if it wasn't only 1/6 of my counter actions succeeded on the same half my level agents.

This mod is a single value added to all players agents. The funky luck based system can't be modified sadly. And I didn't modify anything for AIs. If you notice strange behavior, then it's their vanilla one. Or some other mod.

About the modified value, basically 2 agents lvl 5 will have around 50% chance of killing each other. Since the -50% added in this mod is additive the chance is almost 0%.

If a lvl 15 agent try to kill a lvl 5 one he'll have something like 75% chance, so with the mod it's 25%. If you add various skills in the mix the actual chance may vary a lot.

There's no perfect solution, but at least it prevent AI agent going into a killing spree early, effectively becoming lvl 30 monster that can kill your LLs.

For anyone wondering in 2021, this mod still works, somewhat. The AI does not perform actions against you (keep in mind I don't use SFO, so can't comment on that), but also the AI no longer consistently performs actions against other AI, either. Occasionally, it may happen. I have no idea what triggers it to suddenly work or not work. I used to see AI perform assassinations, block armies, steal technologies, etc. against other AI all the time, but not for awhile now.

could you please make a version where player have 100% def? The problem is that at some point in game both player and AI get an 100% chanse to perform any actions regardless of variables. Like lvl 2 hero have 100% chanse to kill lvl 28 hero.
This annoying bug is why a love this mod so much. But it wroked while player had 100% def. The AI could perform actions only against players city. And they could still mess with each other.

Sorry for long message.. just if it's possible, please, could you do a version with "player have 100% def"?

Jesus Christ. The point is to nerf AI agent spams to make the game fair to some degree - not to neuter the AI altogether...
