Description
Hi fellow daimyos!

This is yet another submod for MoSS. This mod is based on Swiss Halberdier(and his comrades)'s mod, AUM(additional units mod). Yes, you heard it, right!!! This is the real one :). I have his consent and redesigned the mod according to MoS. First of all, all credits to him and his colleagues and this is the link to the original mod:

Because shogun 2 has no ability to tell what you are doing wrong in your mod, this mod took some time to be released. But now all seems fine, although, I am not quite convinced at where and when a unit can appear in technology tree. Although I think I am quite sure about the entries in documents, sometimes they tend to appear in a later stage than what I originally designed it for. If you have late game MoSS saved games, please kindly forward it to me for testing purposes.

Now onto what this mod does:

- First I only included units that is unique to AUM.
- Great Guard Bow Cavalry is named Yumi Great Guard and now unique to Takeda Clan
- All monk units are unique to Uesugi and Ikko-ikki
Bow warrior monk cavalry is named as Yumi Sohei Ki Hero as there is a standard unit in MoSS.
Nodachi warrior monk is named as Nodachi Sohei
Yari Warrior monk is named as Yari Sohei Hero as there is a standard unit in MoSS.
- Naginata Ronin was moved to Shimazu and date and named as Naginata Ronin Hero.
- Arquebusiers Samurai was moved to Tokugawa, Hojo, Shimazu and Hattori.
- Bow Ronin was moved to Chokosabe and named as Yumi Ronin Hero as there is a standard unit in MoSS.
- Christian Mathlock Samurai and European Mathlock Mercenaries were moved to Otomo, Mori and Ikko-ikki and named as Christian Teppo Samurai and Nanban Teppo Mercenary, respectively.
- Naginata Ashigaru was moved to Oda and named as Naginata Ashigaru Hero.

So, in total, 10 new units for MoS Sengoku.

I am open to every suggestion( balance, typo, naming).

Hope you enjoy and give credits to real creators of both MoSS and AUM mod.

!!!!! Important: Must be loaded before MoSS. If you want to guarantee everything(for MoSS), activate all mods in alphabetical order(upside to down direction) !!!!

Hey! I am glad you are enjoying this mod. However i am pretty away from s2 modding for the time being and if i ever come back i would like to mod fourstrider's overhaul mod so nothing planned for the future for moss submods actually:(

Thank you Gestalt! I've enjoyed the extra units. I kind of think of myself as a Pokemon collector when it comes to units so I've enjoyed just bribing away some of the units that other clans make. If possible is there a way to hire these units by tying them to unique buildings in the future?

Hey, been a while however i think apart from the one that says for original clans only-the main file- the other unit submods can be added for both

Hi @Gestalt , so are all these submods out there ONLY for the Original Clans mod, not the regular New Clans mod?

Hi, hoping someone can help me with this, although this might not be the right space for the question, I am going to put it out there anyway.

I am trying to make a mode that will allow me to change the starting units for each faction.

start_pos_land_units

Like, being able to start with a Bow Hero for the Chosokabe, or a Monk hero for Uesugi, Katana Hero for Shimazu.

I feel like I don't get to play with these guys enough from the beginning.

@lee, I will increase the ammo for units.

And as for the differentiation between ammo types, there is no option for that. A unit has only one ammo capacity whether it is in on field or in castle.

Is it possible to add ammo for for teppo units. They are not enough to last one fight. Moreover, would it be possible to differentiate the ammo capacity in the field vs at castle. I doubt there is any ammo limitation during the fight in home castle in actual history.
