New York City [Tycoon City NY] (LEGACY)

This is the recreation of Manhattan district from 2005 game "Tycoon City New York". I use the minimap, extracted from the game files to recreate it. This map is bad to 1:1 NYC buildings, but if you want to build something like NYC or just want to get a nostalgia feels about TCNY - there you go!

Use the Image Overlay Renewal 1.9.4 if you want to recreate streets from the original 2005 game.

At the start you have connections through Holland Tunnel, Lincoln Tunnel and Queensboro Bridge.

Temperate map theme.

Update 2.0:

1) Completely updated highway system - now it's more realistic. Also - i make more highway connections to the island;
2) Make more mountains around city (inspired by Driver: Parallel Lines);
3) Updated trees (now it uses a high quality trees from January free update).

Known issues:

1) Hugh L. Carey Tunnel (tunnel that connects Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn) is unfinished. Feel free to finish it in-game;
2) Due to high ammount of trees this map may to long load on lower-end PCs, but i am don't sure.
