New York City [Tycoon City NY]

This is a remastered version of my five years old map, which itself was the recreation of Manhattan from 2005 game "Tycoon City New York".
Completly re-done all landmass outside main island, highway system was reworked and new trees from 2022 free update was used.

Use the Image Overlay Renewal 1.9.1 if you want to recreate streets from the original 2005 game.

At the start you have connections through Holland Tunnel and Lincoln Tunnel.

Temperate map theme.

Known issues:

1) As in original map - Hugh L. Carey Tunnel (tunnel that connects Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn) is unfinished. Feel free to finish it in-game tho;
2) Due to high ammount of trees this map may to long load on lower-end PCs, but i am don't sure.
