I actually figured it out. The way this is set up right now, you cannot recruit these units. I modified your file so that the units are recruit-able in the appropriate buildings. Would you like that file?

This is the original updated to run with the latest patch. I'm not sure about the buildings sorry.

I found this pack from your comment on the original--is this supposed to do the exact same thing? If so, could you outline which buildings are needed for which unit?
