Description
Updated for 07-Sep-2021 update

Modified version of the wind turbine.
The cover traps warm air which reduces air resistence.
While the sun is up output is doubled, however during dust storms output is halved
(great dust storms have an even bigger impact on performance!)
Base power output is 10
Construction cost 4 Concrete, 8 Polymer, 1 Machine Part.

盖子捕获热空气，从而降低空气阻力。
当太阳升起时，产量翻了一番，但是在沙尘暴期间产量减半(大沙尘暴对性能的影响甚至更大！)。
基本功率输出为10。
建筑成本4个混凝土，8个聚合物，1个机器部件。

Hi, yeah exactly that, all my mods use basic models and ones in the free dlc so everyone can use them :)

Ok I found the issue... apparently any mod I down load I needed to go in game and turn on in the mod manager. I am not sure why this is happening but half my mods were turned off/disabled got them on now and I have found all the fun building I was missing :) thanx for your time and mod making skills.

Hi, have you downloaded the free DLC?
I've checked the code my side (and downloaded downloaded my mod seperately from steam to check it's ok) and had someone else check it as well.
It would seem to be an issue your side, try unsubscribing and redownloading it, check DLC is working ok and last resort try turning off all other mods and try creative mode with just this mod to see if it's a conflict with someone else's work.
