Fixes the annoyance that is constant belt degradation for belts you're wearing (but not using!) by removing it entirely.

Updated! I noticed Smokepop Belts are now Smokepop *Packs*, but I've left the functionality in for them regardless :spyro:

NP, I've added line myself in mod folder and everything looks working so just wanted another 168 good guys and girls who added to favorite list just like I am to have no warnings. You're making Rim a bit more playable)
