It is the map from the original version since the dev's haven't added a way to make the scenario map savable as a sandbox game (yet?).

whuluke, I saw what you were talking about with the stairs. The walls on the lower level just needed to be moved out one more tile to fit them. I had moved them in my working version of the sandbox map, but that was after the fact. I had just put this scenario together rather quickly as a test scenario initially. There are stairs and escalators added to the questioned area, plus a bunch of other fixes and changes in the updated version.
I have several other designs I've been working on as well. I'll try to get them uploaded.
