Nebulus Ultimus

Description
Eons ago, Nebulus Ultimus Prime was once a beautiful, sustainable Utopia, and Nebulus Ultimus saw no need for war or expansion. However, a hostile race of aliens began bombarding their planet for resources. While their superior alloys allowed them to survive years of bombardment, they soon found the need to develop weapons. Due to their planet's high gravity, only lasers or extreme size railguns were possible. With a large array of long and close range weaponry, Nebulus Ultimus fought off the attackers. However, one hostile shot penetrated the planetary armor, hitting the generator interior of the planet. As Nebulus Ultimus has power generation distributed through its non-armor alloys, this caused the entire planet to explode instantly. All that was left was the space fleet. From then on, Nebulus Ultimus saw the need for expansion and war to guarantee its survival, settling on even the most inhospitable planets or tiny asteroids to ensure a cataclysm wouldn't end their civilization. They quickly developed more advanced laser weaponry and drones, along with large railguns, and sought to survive no matter the cost.

Nebulus Ultimus primarily uses lasers, with a mixture of short and extreme range. They have three hull types; powerful armor, highly explosive battery hull, and highly explosive generator hull. Their armored shell can take a beating but if their centers are hit, a chain reaction can be fatal. Their battery hull allows them to have a great amount of storage capacity.

They also have three shield types:
-Short range capacitators which have high health, low regen, and are meant to survive hull detonation
-Standard Shields
-One long range frequency shield designed to recharge fast and stop one-shot engame weapons; useless against anything with rate of fire.

They have several weapons:
-3Hz standard turreted pulse laser, 4 sizes
-0.2Hz turreted explosive pulse laser, 4 sizes
-0.4Hz coaxial high damage short range pulse sword, 4 sizes
-extreme range coaxial laser, 4 sizes
-medium range coaxial explosive laser, 4 sizes
-weak, extreme range laser drone, 3 sizes
-strong, short range pulse sword drone, 3 sizes
-two sizes of energy-efficent PD
-highly durable mine launcher
-kinetic kill vehicle designed for detonating enemy nukes
-5000P unguided, slow, extremely powerful nuclear torpedo with long reload
-modular railgun with two booster types

Nebulus Ultimus will guard its territory with large numbers, and their asteroids will be littered with armed buildings. A high amount of long range drones and weapons makes retreat diffucult, their outer armor is strong but their insides are explosive.

I got it thanks! Apperently steam reads folder names from left to right but doesn't bother reading the whole thing. So it saw "Nebulus Ulltimus Overpowered Edition" as "Nebulus Ultimus", but "OP Nebulus Ultimus" worked

Yup

@Radium_Bullet - You have to copy and paste the mod into a new folder, delete the pfid, change the preview picture (just cropping one pixel off is fine), and rename the new folder.

gaah, it still forces it into the same worskop submission... i even experimented with changing the pfid but it broke things

Oh, you need to copy + paste the existing mod into a new folder, delete the steam_pfid.text on the pasted one, and then adjust it to your needs. After that, uploading it should make them separate

Wait, changing priority will fix it for uploads too or just downloads? Publishing the other edition publishes to this workshop page for me.... which at 3x hp and firepower... would anger a lot of subscribers.

Probably too late but I figured it's still useful to know

You don't need to re-ID everything btw, they can be the exact same. The mod higher in the mod list priority is the one that's used, and existing saves will be fine

Looks great but they take up half the map. They also spawn so densely performance is heavily impacted.
