OP Nebulus Ultimus

Description
Due to user request, I edited my original Nebulus Ultimus Mod so that it had 3x more generation, hull strength, shield strength, and weapon damage. It should be much stronger than most factions you face due to this.

FINE i will make another mod that has 10x this mod's current stats for a total of 30x.
