Hamlet Hats Rebalanced

My own version of the now removed Hamlet Fashion Hats mod.

This mod adds in the hats from Don't Starve Hamlet, with abilities to hopefully make them useful in a DST world.

Recipes vary on mod support, hats with the same recipes across all mods will be marked "All Instances"

If playing Feast and Famine with the mod's leather option enabled, all pig skin requirements are replaced with Leather.
