PEIA Legends: On-File Draco & Rush

Description
Agent mod: Adds agent alternates for Rush & Draco from the Contingency Plan DLC.

If you've paid attention to the game's lore, you may know that Rush and Draco only have Archived versions of their loadouts and are heavily implied to have fallen along with the PEIA in 2057. This mod brings them back to the modern day, seventeen years down the line.

Familiar faces, new abilities
The agents are selectable alongside their normal DLC versions. Years after the events of the Istanbul Run, Draco & Rush have acquired new strengths - but also new weaknesses. Read more in the "Detailed Loadout" discussion thread.

How to install and select
Subscribe to this mod, launch game, refresh mods under options and relaunch. Be sure to install Sim Constructor as well. If you don't have the Steam version of the game, you can still download it directly through the Steam Workshop Downloader. In-game, select the new agent alternates - they are under the same tab as the original Rush and Draco!

Feedback is welcome!
Let me know what you think about the balance of the new and modified augments and items.

Thanks to wodzu_93 for letting me use his "throw" ability rewrite from New Items and Augments, and also Cyberboy2000 and the II modding community in general. Datapuncher gets credit on the nails. Shout-out to Shirsh too! He knows what for. ;)

@gavin.foley19 Thanks. That's kind of fair, original Draco is quite overpowered and hard to improve on, so for fluff reasons, if anything, I wanted him to be powerful but more punishing to play. If you remember that you don't need ammo or lethal weapons to fulfil his corpse requirement, you should have an easier time!

I feel like on file draco is worse, it might be because I'm playing on hard mode. Still love the mod

I've implemented the static bomb change, loving this effect ^^

Interesting idea, I'll consider that. Shouldn't be hard to implement. One issue might be that if it's permanent, it's too OP, but if it's for 1-2 turns, it might be a little too niche.

And thank you for the feedback, it's nice to see that in this relatively small community, people are enjoying the mods. ^^

Oh and I'd make the static bomb deafen a single guard it's directly thrown at. It just feels fitting.

I love the modding for this game, it feels like there's a constant effort to 'fill in the blanks' on the roster, and for them to almost always be well thought out and unique is consistently amazing to me.

Thank you for your answer, Hekateras.

Note that mods such as Worldgen Extended, Agent 47, New Items and Augments, Programs Extended and Age of Lever all now require Function Library to run, so be careful about that if you have them and update them. Function Library is actually just a common mod that combines all the function overrides that the above mods were previously making separately. Before it existed, PEIA Legends just checked for New Items and Augments and copied its change if NIAA wasn't installed, but it wasn't listed as a requirement. The change is recent (update v.2.2).

@Maliboo
Thank you! ^^ Function Library it makes changes to the way the charges of thrown items work, so it's necessary for reusable grenades (by default, they're discarded after being thrown and this is hardwired into the game). Without FuncLib installed, PEIA Legends actually makes those changes manually, but for compatibility reasons (e.g. with New Items and Augments or other mods that use the same reusable grenade mechanic) it's better to reference the FuncLib change for consistency.

I've been using your mod for a while now (like it very much, by the way), but I just noticed that I'm not subscribed to the Function Library that's listed as a required item. I'm usually careful about checking mod requirements, so is it a recent addition? But your mod seems to work for me anyway, I'm using Draco in my current game and I used Rush a couple of weeks ago. So what is the Function Library required for?
